ALOHA, another day in paradise!

Our ground floor "beach house" unit is uniquely situated on the water's edge in an area known as Honokowai, bordering Ka'anapali to the north.  Fully renovated in late 2014, it offers an amazing view and an amazing value. Just about everything in our unit is new; the pictures don't lie.

Unobstructed views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i are available from living room, lanai or grass area that surrounds the lanai. Yet privacy is paramount with our exclusive location. And nothing beats a Maui sunset from our western exposure.

From mid-December through April your view includes the majestic humpback whales who winter in our warm waters. For much of the year you can observe the 400 pound Honu (green sea turtles) feasting on the seaweed provided on the reef that parallels the shoreline (reef visible in photo).

A small sand beach is often available in front of our condo complex during low tides, and the larger pristine "turtle beach" is always available in front of the condo complex next door.  The public has access rights to all Hawai'i beaches and shorelines.

North of the condo is the beautiful Napili Bay Beach (10 minutes) just before the Kapalua Resort and Flemming Beach.  South (about 7 minutes) is the Ka'anapali Resort with its world class beaches and snorkel spot at Black Rock.  Five minutes further puts you into Lahaina Town.

Numerous shops, markets, and restaurants are located nearby, including a local farmer's market.  West Maui restaurants range from world class to local food outlets.

Our ground floor unit may be accessed from the parking lot without climbing any stairs.  There are no steps within the unit, nor to the outside.  Our walk in shower has only a five inch curb.  While the unit was not designed to accommo- date wheelchairs, the front bedroom and hall vanity are very accessible.
